Vendor Information
Centreville United Methodist Women are hosting the Holiday Bazaar & Craft Fair on Saturday, November 9, 2013 - from 9 am to 3 pm. Doors open for vendors by 7 am.
This event is for handmade or original design crafts, including:
- Handmade products
- Products which the vendor has designed (in this case, the vendor may have used professional manufacturing)
- Local authors selling their own books
Vendor items which are not allowed: bake sales and direct sales from companies which market nationwide or their local sales representatives.
There are a total of 72 spaces. Each space measures 9 feet wide (the side facing the public) by 5 feet deep. Each spaces leases for $50 plus we request the donation of an item of average value to our Silent Auction. Vendors who need larger spaces should consider leasing more than one space.

Donate to the Bazaar
Our Holiday Bazaar & Craft Fair accepts these donations:
- Gently used fashion jewelry of all types. Accepted year-round.
- Donations for Silent Auction including: gift certificates to local businesses, goods in new or like-new condition, and services. Accepted year-round.
- White Elephant and Book Nook donations are accepted in early November only. They include: gently used household goods and holiday décor; fiction and non-fiction books; music CD’s and vinyl LP’s; VHS, DVD’s, Blu-ray movies.

2012 Bazaar Funds Distribution:
With a few late funds arriving, the total money raised by the 2012 Bazaar was $13,060. This money has been distributed as follows:
CUMC Crisis Club 25% $3,265.00
WFCM 15% $1,959.00
Wesley Housing 15% $1.959.00
UMCOR 10%* $1,306.00
All God’s Children Camp 10%* $1,306.00
Henry Fork Center 10%* $1,306.00
Leland House 10% $1,306.00
Grace Ministries 5% $653.00
*Funds marked with an asterisk were forwarded to Arlington District UMW, which organization will then distribute those funds as indicated.
